About This Project
Creative Partitions Systems and Shioi Construction, Inc. were subcontractors to Brookfield Homes Hawaii, Inc. for Pili Mai, a community of luxury townhomes and condos on Kauai’s south shore. The project included the construction of six 13-plex buildings with 28,000 gross square feet and one 11-plex building with 23,600 gross square feet. CPS’ work scope included interior metal soffit and ceiling framing, sound reduction clips, insulation, and all drywall work. Shioi’s work scope included all structural framing, framing connectors, Simpson Strong-wall panels, plywood shear walls, TJI joist, roof trusses, sheathing, Tyvek wrap, owner furnished windows, Hardi panel and lap siding and trims, beam wraps, railings, concrete stair treads, and owner furnished entry doors.
