CPS Project Manager

Shioi Construction’s drywall division Creative Partition Systems (CPS) is now hiring for the position of Project Manager. The Project Manager may be based on Oahu or Kauai and must have a minimum of eight years of field management or a construction management/engineering degree. Experience is preferred in the areas of metal framing, drywall, insulation, acoustic ceiling and plaster/EIFS. This individual will be responsible for planning, management, administration of projects, and self-perform work crews. The Project Manager must have effective leadership, communication skills, experience in cost projections and estimates, On-Center/Quick Bid, ProCore, BIM 360, and Microsoft Outlook, MS Project, and MS Excel. CPS Project Assistant

Shioi Construction’s drywall division Creative Partition Systems (CPS) is now hiring for the position of Project Assistant on Oahu. The Project Assistant (PA) is responsible for assisting in general administrative duties to support the project operations under the direction of a project management team. The primary function of a PA is to ensure all communication is distributed to the proper personnel of the project team and to maintain a detailed tracking system of all documents (submittals, RFIs, contracts, logs, etc.) related to the project, from the inception to completion.

CPS Project Engineer

Shioi Construction’s drywall division Creative Partition Systems (CPS) is now hiring for the position of Project Engineer IV (PE-IV). The PE-IV may be based on Oahu or Kauai and is responsible for the total project engineering functions of contract administration and technical engineering. The PE-IV is also responsible for ensuring the foremen and field crews have the materials, equipment, and information necessary to complete the project in a timely manner. The PE-IV will organize the project’s procedures such as: scheduling equipment, procurement of materials and the overall movement of the project completion.
