About This Project
Creative Partition Systems (CPS), working as a subcontractor under Isemoto Contracting, recently completed its portion of the new medical office building located across from Hilo Benioff Medical Center in Hilo, Hawaii. The two-story facility encompasses nearly 15,000 square feet of modern office space and will help meet the growing demand for healthcare services in the Hilo community. We are proud to have played a role in the construction of this important project.
CPS’ scope of work included metal framing of exterior curtain walls; interior metal framing of walls, ceilings, and soffits; fiberglass batt insulation; drywall hang and tape; suspended ACT ceilings; and an exterior EIFS plaster system.
Working within an accelerated schedule, CPS completed its scope of work in April 2026 while upholding its commitment to quality, safety, and excellence.
