About This Project

The Garden Island reported, “The Gather FCU Kilauea office was built by Shioi Construction and marks the seventh branch facility including the branch located inside the Walmart store.” Gather FCU celebrated its grand opening on Friday, June 20, 2025.

Shioi Construction and Creative Partition Systems performed the concrete foundation, rough and finish carpentry, light gauge metal framing, building insulation, drywall, acoustical and linear wood ceiling, exterior finish system, Davinci Select Shake roofing, and stone veneer. The work also included a parking lot, site improvements, landscaping, and a drive-thru ATM with canopy cover. The entire project is 3,220 square feet. It is the only stand-alone financial institution in Kilauea.
