CPS recently completed work on the Punahou campus. The project is built on a 74-acre lot and has three buildings, including a two-story studio classroom, a two-story common building that houses the administration, makers spaces, classrooms, a multi-purpose area, and a two-story music and art building. It also has site-grading, landscaping, water features, playgrounds, and an outdoor pavilion. The studio classrooms were constructed with a combination of structural steel framing and cast-in-place concrete. Exterior walls are light-gauged metal framing with EIFS, wood siding, and stone veneer finish. The interiors have drywall finish, acoustical wall panel accents, and special acoustical ceiling materials. The administration and music buildings are mainly concrete structures with particular finish of furring walls and ceilings.
