About This Project

Creative Partition Systems (CPS) was subcontracted by Hawaiian Dredging Construction Company to construct multiple buildings as support facilities at Honouliuli Wastewater Treatment Plant. The facilities include an 80,000-square-foot administration building; 30,000-square-foot laboratory building; 35,000-square-foot storeroom warehouse; and 40,000-square-foot central shops.

CPS’ scope of work includes light gauge roof trusses, exterior heavy gauge metal framing, interior light gauge metal framing, interior and exterior drywall, EIFS, DEFS, acoustical ceiling panels, and architectural FRP.

Our estimated completion date is the end of 2025.
