About This Project

Creative Partition Systems (CPS) recently completed work on the Hale Na Koa housing project in Hilo, Hawaii. The complex consists of four two-story buildings with a total of 92 one-bedroom units and a community center. This new affordable rental housing is intended for retired veterans and their spouses and seniors, respectively.

CPS’ scope of work included installation of baffles and fiberglass batt insulation, drywall finished with a spray texture, and ACT and EIFS ceilings in the community center.

Work began in January 2024 and was substantially completed by September 2024.
